The Illuminess™ Starset Bangle is Bloomtine's heaviest, most symbolic cuff - a solid band engraved with "You are Magic" on the inside, designed in our London studio and hand-finished on the benches of Hatton Garden. It's built around a simple idea: a piece substantial enough to actually notice on your wrist, carrying symbolism worth noticing too.
Design & Craftsmanship
The bangle starts as a hand-drawn concept at our design studio in London Paddington, refined through CAD engineering so the curved, tension-locking band sits comfortably and doesn't flip on the wrist. From there, the prototype is hand-finished at our partner workshop at Number 29 Hatton Garden - the historic centre of British jewellery-making - before each piece is sealed in a layer of tarnish-resistant white rhodium.
Materials & Specs
Each bangle is forged from 37 grams of solid sterling silver, with a 5mm band engraved with an alternating pattern of four-pointed and eight-pointed stars - roughly 35 in total, hand-set with conflict-free lab-grown moissanite. The four-pointed star represents grounding and structure; the eight-pointed star represents infinite flow and momentum. "You are Magic" is engraved on the inside, against the skin, where only you can see it.

Sizing & Styling
The bangle comes in Extra Small, Small and Medium - sized to sit close on the lower forearm so the stars stay facing outward rather than spinning round. It pairs well with the Illuminess™ Hand Chain on the opposite wrist, or a slim watch for contrast. The moissanites are naturally oil-resistant, so a soft cloth wipe now and then keeps the rhodium finish bright.
