If your jewellery was purchased directly from BLOOMTINE and something unexpected happens to it within 12 months of your purchase date, we'll repair or replace it for free. Simply complete this short form outlining the repair to get started.

Good to know: this warranty and repair service does not apply to items purchased during a Sample Sale event, and does not cover excessive wear — cover is limited to our discretion.
