This product is coated with Rhodium making it particularly durable, and perfect to endure the test of time. That said, as we want your jewellery to remain as untarnished as possible we suggest washing gently with mild soapy water and drying with a soft polishing cloth immediately to avoid water mineral residue affecting the jewellery. Strictly refrain from using chemicals on rhodium-plated items. Avoid using clothes intended for use on uncoated silver.

UK Standard Delivery is £3.99 or free for our customers spending over £50. Includes tracking and delivery within 3-5 working days.
UK Express Delivery is £4.50 per address across the UK. Express Delivery is complimentary for orders over £350 to one address and arrives within 24 - 28hrs.
Express Delivery must be placed by 1.30 pm Monday-Thursday, this will ensure they will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
UK Returns
Free returns within 14 days. Email: Team@bloomtine.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon receipt of email, printed labels will be provided for collection or return to a depot near you.
Refunds will be issued up to 14 days from purchase to the original form of tender and processed within 5 days of return providing it is returned in the same saleable condition* as when purchased, within 14 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Responsibility for the return of goods remains with the consumer, it is the consumers' responsibility to ensure items are returned to us. We cannot offer a full refund if items are lost in the post or go missing.
Saleable Condition*
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn, the security tags must remain intact and the packaging must be in reusable condition. This information is clearly stated on the tag for the customer’s information. Should the security tag have been removed, the refund will not be processed.
Kindly note we do not offer refunds on any earrings, fragrance sale or engraved and customised pieces.
International Deliveries
We deliver worldwide, delivery times can take 3- 10 working days. Duties and taxes are included for the US + UAE. All other countries customers are responsible for duties and taxes.
