UK Express Delivery is £4.29 per address across the UK. Express Delivery is complimentary for orders over £150 to one address and arrives within 24-48 hours.
Express Delivery must be placed by 1.30 pm Monday-Thursday, this will ensure they will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays.
UK Returns
Return within 14 days. Email: Team@bloomtine.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued up to 14 days from purchase to the original form of tender and processed within 5 days of return providing it is returned in the same saleable condition* as when purchased, within 14 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please note items on sale or promotion are non-refundable
Responsibility for the return of goods remains with the consumer, it is the consumers' responsibility to ensure items are returned to us. We cannot offer a full refund if items are lost in the post or go missing.
Saleable Condition*
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn, the security tags must remain intact and the packaging must be in reusable condition. This information is clearly stated on the tag for the customer’s information. Should the security tag have been removed, the refund will not be processed.

International Deliveries
We deliver worldwide, delivery times can take 3- 10 working days. Duties and taxes are included for the US + UAE. All other countries customers are responsible for duties and taxes.
